The only "mini" mall in Concepcion, Tarlac which features a supermarket, department store and basic locators, such as, BDO outside entry, Chowking, Gilligans, Mang Inasal, Mercury Drug outside, Watson's, Japan Home, Expressions, Calbee's Café, Dunkin', Goldilocks store, Ace Hardware, Abenson Appliance, David's Salon, Nails Glow, Relax 'n Go Massage, World of Fun and kids' play center, a shoe store, some cellphone stores, a money changer, a remittance center, a business center, foodstalls like Siomai King and Turks shawarma, and some kiosks like Potato Corner. Catholic mass is celebrated every Sunday morning inside the mall. Zumba ladies are also regularly doing their routine at the side entrance and ample parking area.
